I dont know why there must be antara dua darjat. Everywhere.. This time when elders couldn't accept youngers' opinion. I admit yang orang tua asam garam nye lebih. But it doesn't mean that you alwaya right.
Dari sudut agama mahupun kerja atau juga am. Please. Open up your minds and eyes. Youth nowadays bukan macam dulu. We are standing upper and growing up faster.
Bukan niat nak berkurang ajar. Jauh sekali menderhaka. It just my personal view when many times thing like this happened around me. There was a story when my late grand mother passed away and it time for solat jenazah. My younger brother, i think he was 18/ 19 years old ada tegur yang the jenazah was wrongly placed. If im not mistaken, kedudukan jenazah wanita will be terbalik dari jenazah lelaki untuk solat jenazah purposes. There was also an old man said "dah betul la ni. Budak2 taw ape."
Oh my! I hate that.!
My adik was from sekolah tahfiz and he surely ada pengetahuan agama. Tak banyak pon sikit. But enaf to speak out his opinion and ilmu. And in fact yang akan disembahyangkan adalah arwah nenek nye sendiri. Ofkos la die patut tegur. And luckily he waa right. When imam sampai die buat inspection and dapati kedudukan jenazah that time salah.
There was in term of agama.
Also relating to hidup and kerja, tak ramai elders suka dicabar by youngers. I was complaint by supplier yang i tak buat thing correctly. Because he was onced with the organization, die rasa die hebat and tahu everything. When i challenge him and suara naik 1 noktah, dikatanye aku ni budak mentah yang taktaw about organization compliance. In fact i did discuss with superior on the issue and that was why i brani to act as what i did.
Trust me. Malaysian is still malaysian. macam dulu. Susah nak berubah. Dorang akan anggap kite kurang ajar if kite tegur or join orang tua punyw conversation
I like my senior manager's statemeny once. He likes when staff argue with him. Even we're new exec or fresh grad, he likes to listen to what we speaks. If kite rasa kite betul, challenge him. Then he will decide. And yeah, few of us at the office did. Memang betul, that old man proud to his confident staff that very lantang in arguing..
Why kite semua tak boleh jadi macam tu.? Sebab he was schooling aliran inggeris, he studied abroad so he ables to think lain dari orang tua lain. Macam tu ker?
Dunia changes. Time flies too fast. Please jangan narrow minded sangat.. Dan kerana itu juga, jangan salahkan anak-anak muda kite kalu tak mampu bawa negara kite setanding negara maju lain. Pandang dulu peradaban dan siatem pendidikan kite. I mean informal educational system which how we treat and grow our children.
